Contact and quotation enquiries

We process your name, email address, project type, message and any documents you choose to attach in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible quotation. Required information is marked in the form; without it, we cannot process your enquiry. Attachments are optional.

For quotation enquiries, we use your information to take steps towards a possible contract at your request. For other messages, we use it to respond, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries received.

Recipients and service providers

Recipients are authorised AZER INOX personnel who handle enquiries. Hosting (Hostinger), email and maintenance (ALK Graphic) providers are involved only within the scope of their tasks and necessary access. ALK Graphic maintains the website and does not handle commercial enquiries on behalf of AZER INOX. Personal data is not sold.

Retention and location

Enquiries that do not lead to further action and their attachments are intended to be deleted 30 days after the exchange is closed. If an enquiry results in an order, the information needed to manage it is retained for the periods applicable to that file.

The website is hosted by Hostinger. For information about the processing of your data by our technical providers, including data location and applicable safeguards, contact info@azerinox.com.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the applicable regulations, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to certain processing or request data portability. To exercise your rights, write to info@azerinox.com or AZER INOX, 185 B chemin de Cravesan, 06550 La Roquette-sur-Siagne, France. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at https://www.cnil.fr/.

Documents supplied

Attach only documents relevant to your project which you are authorised to share. Avoid sensitive data and unnecessary personal information about third parties.

Functional website storage

The website remembers your language choice during the session and uses a session cookie to secure the contact form. These strictly functional uses do not require consent. The website checked on 3 October 2026 did not load advertising trackers or optional audience measurement services.

Instagram and external services

Images displayed on the website are hosted locally. The Instagram link opens that service when you click it; no embedded Instagram feed was detected. Once on that external service, its own privacy rules apply.
